Delete your account
You can delete your account and personal data from any app published by Cedatex-IT at any time, free of charge.
Option 1 · In the app
Delete from the app
- 1Open the app and sign in.
- 2Go to Profile → Settings.
- 3Tap “Delete account”.
- 4Confirm the deletion.
Option 2 · By email
Request deletion by email
Send us a request from the email address linked to your account and include the app name. We confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Deleted
- • Your profile: name, email, phone, photo
- • Content you created in the app
- • Settings, preferences and push tokens
- • Login details and linked sign-in providers
Kept only if the law requires it
- • Invoices and transaction records, for the period tax law requires
- • Records needed to prevent fraud or resolve disputes
- • Backups, which are overwritten automatically within 90 days
Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play. Please cancel them in your device's subscription settings first.
